Max Generation SCAM!!!

Just wanted to share my exp.
I was invited to this Max Generation in Plaza Dasma & attend this Free holiday travel programme. The speaker Phil's presentation was really good and I sign up this Grand Master programme immediately and pay Rm5300 on the spot. After that they ask me to recruit 5 other people in order to qualify the Great Grand Master & enjoy a great commision overriding. Well, I am a businessman & it is easy for me to 'fight' for that.. I manage to close 5 people to come out Rm5300 in less than a month. Guess What, when I wanted to claim my commission, they try to drag my payment & eventually reduce my commision, I talk to the COO Phil, this idiot give me al kind all funny reason, like the previuos staff is resign , cannt trace my record, balala, The owner Marco Robinson even dare not come out to talk to me.. Not only I lost my commision, some of my friend even cannt claim thier voucher yet.. I also lost my reputation by introducing such bad thing to my friends & relative.. Some of them face super bad customer service of Max Gen, not manage to call up couple of hour, or when call up , you can get any clear explaination from the staff!!
MAX GENAREATION REVELATION REWARDS SUCK!!!!

  5. well, I dont know about you but I had terrible experience in getting refund with this company. And after I searched in Google guess what I found. Many others had THE SAME experience like me.

Please read more at lowyat forum : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/813262/+40 I wrote one post there also (post 61, page 4)

I soooooo regret buying my vacation from them.

  6. Dear AVIJIT PAUL,

Your post is a lie, as you did not buy any vacation from Max Generation, in fact you never received one, your friend did for FREE. We do not sell vacations.

Yes, a particular refund was missing, sometimes one or two slip through. However, once we asked for your friends bank details we did not receive after many attempts of asking. As soon as we received the details we banked in for your friend.

If you are going to make a complaint make sure sure you get your facts correct, because your facts are completely incorrect.

    Yours Truly,

    Marco Robinson,
    ceo,
    Max Generation

Should you wish to contact me personally to redeem any voucher, you can call me personally on 014 6622 347 or email me at ceo@max-generation.com ANYTIME.

  8. Now the idiots are paying some scam blog company to try and keep their name off the top of the Google search list, which actually shows that whoever these scam artists are, they are desperate, and that the scammers are probably just that, scum scammers.

  9. I used to work for Marco Robinson - he is two-bit salesman from Manchester who has only made money by SCAMMING investors. He operates out of Malaysia because there are no financial regulations and he loves scamming Singaporeans and Malaysians. AVOID THIS SCAM ARTIST TA ALL COSTS.

  11. Just like what he posted above, his business is a scam. If he had a court order he does not need to post this. His real name is Mark and not Marco , just like everything else he is doing, FALSE.He cant do this biz in the UK but in Malaysia where finance scheme is not regulated, he comes here and makes easy money .. freely scamming ignorant people.

  13. Is there a site for real-estate/properties regarding this marco robinson, coz the vacation thingy is not his only scam.

i have invested USA properties with him= Marco Robinson= CROOK= Buyer beware !!
i am sorry if this info being shared on wrong blog, but the property-related ones seem dominated by marco himself.
it is really sad how we allow these "gweylos" to cheat us, bcoz us trusting Malaysians tend to think mat-sallehs are clever and genuine.

Pls exercise caution with this chap, or any of his staff. He thrives on being incompetent, AFTER sale is closed. So his staff will ignore you, and Marco is constantly overseas holiday, you know why? Bcoz they hope you will give up in frustration!

J Madeford- bravo. He cant afford a proper customer service team, so what legal department? Marco really thinks we are all idiots!

  16. michella & john thuy,

so aft u paid for the property in USA what happened? There's no such property existed or he produced a fake title deed or he didn't make the purchase at all? If ur experience is true, mayb u all can elaborate so we can prevent the scam ongoing.

  19. Dear All,

Glad to c more ppl asking questions. For me, the problem is his staff will book different property than promised....they are so damn stupid....BUT THEY DONT REALISE that they r Marco's best weapon.

Like Michella + others saying, he use his dummy workers to do all the hard work and client facing. For marco " once sold considered gone"...or like he say in stupid emails "once gone they are REALLY gone"....

the above describes his MO la....

am glad to c action by social media + facebook users. Please advice how i can add my story on your facebook page? Thanks guys.

Again, sorry for your losses with this scammer, coz i know d feeel oso.

  20. Yup true.

Heard from some folks that his office premise been spray with paint + people handing out flier to alert visitors to his talks to "be careful."

to whomever is doing this proactive work, good job! I only wish i had been made aware earlier...

    Dear Pier,
To answer in short, i too faced his staff who were not reachable after i booked my USA property. After a long wait, they told me it was not available.

As i was clearly upset, i told them i want my money back....but again they are playing 'houdini' tricks.

Am no big fan of rules and regulations, but without them ppl like Marco Robinson take advantage of people like me. Its just sickening!

In hindsight, i should have been a LOT LOT more careful and diligent b4 buying into his sweet promises of extraordinary profits. That was my big mistake- hope others avoid mine.

    Regards,

  21. My experience is not with Max Generation, but in May or June 2011 I bought Marco's book "Close The Deal and Suddenly Grow Rich" with an offer for FREE 6 month membership to his website, ChampionClosers.com. But the code in the book didn't work. So I called them, emailed them and even messaged them on Facebook. Their representative, a lady gave me a new code but it didn't work either. I tried calling a few times more but most of the time the staff will say that the boss is not in. One time I reached her and she said she is working on it. A month later I left my sales job and forgot all about it and it seems they conveniently forgot too.

Looks like the same tactics they used on you. Thank god I only bought his book. Too bad, the book was kinda good though, but it seems the "application" side of what he teaches is a lot more sinister.

HE WAS ONLY A FITNESS FIRST INSTRUCTOR BEFORE HE STARTED SCAMMING HIS WAY HERE IN MALAYSIA ! BEWARE OF THIS SWEET , GOOD LOOKING PERSON BECAUSE INSIDE HIM IS A DEVIL. A DEVIL THAT WILL SCREW ANY UNAWARE LADIES AND SIPHON ALL YOUR MONEY BY GAINING YOUR TRUST. HE’S GOOD IN THESE AREAS. WATCH OUT PEOPLES !

  24. Hi guys. How i wish i have read this much earlier... i have signed up his property camp 2 years ago by his sweet promise of what i could potentially get and achieve by the end of the camp... Like how i could find the right property to invest and how they would send us flyers of good properties to invest!!!!

I really regretted paying about RM 7-8k... at the end of the camp, its just a waste of my time... I might have learnt a thing or two which may be wrong in the end! But I thought i might be able to gain something back from the properties they introduced, which they claimed they have made extensive research and it's a sure-gain investment! The next thing I know was that they only interested in marketing properties overseas!! I'm never interested in overseas properties... and these were the only properties they keep throwing to my emails. Moreover, after doing my own research, these properties were not offerring attractive return or gain compared to local properties! I knew by then my money has 'gone to the drain'!! However, in a way I consider myself lucky as i have not committed myself in his overseas properties buy! Or else, i would have been cheated more!!

To the public, be keep a distance from this scam and this man and his team!! total scam!!
